Originally built in 1958, this mid-century ranch on Los Feliz’s iconic Vermont Avenue was fully reimagined to create a functional layout infused with warmth and character. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely reconfigured, and finishes, fixtures, and materials were thoughtfully selected to balance timeless style with cost-consciousness.

The design highlights the soft glow of Benjamin Moore Dove Wing paint, complemented by elegant marble accents and vintage-inspired lighting throughout. Features include a custom Calacatta Viola marble sink with checkered marble floors in the powder room, a guest bath with Zellige shower tiles, a primary bath with a freestanding tub, double vanity, and separate water closet, and a chef-grade kitchen with Arabescato Corchia marble countertops.

Exterior enhancements include substantial street-facing improvements that echo the home’s refined aesthetic. The result is a home that feels polished and serene, where architectural flow and the purity of materials provide a calm, elegant backdrop.
